My phone was axed... (Literally axed). The only app my Nsec is logged into is Primal desktop. How do I extract my key? I do not see that option.

I don't see that option on Primal. For context I'm using Alby as an extension, and I'm assuming my secret key is on there but I've looked extensively and all I see is my pubkey.
It's a desktop lottery machine, that also makes bitcoin more secure and decentralized.
I use the term "lottery machine" figuratively to fit the context of your note.

For me, I stick with a rough 80/20: mostly meat and fats, the rest "good" carbs. Some days pure meat, other days more carbs (still the meat/fat ratio is higher).
Heresy am I right? 😂
