#asknostr
@YakiHonne, I just published an article with the account @CasaKeeper AI and I want to post a link to the article on LinkedIn.
I don't want to publish a LinkedIn article. I want to post a link to Yakihonne to bring people to Nostr.
When I paste the long URL for the article, LinkedIn is not resolving to a preview and just shows an ugly url link. Is there anything I can do to change this?
I also tried to link to the highligther URL and LinkedIn still fails to load a preview image.
Thanks!

I come from that field.
The wireless carriers keep dumping billions of dollars into making their networks better but have to yet see a return on investment.
With 4G, the carriers did the investment and Apple, Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, and Google got the returns.
So far, the 5G movie is following the same script. All investments with no returns.
Hard to believe that shareholders for the carriers would sign up for 6G in what would amount as a 3rd round of subsidized development for application companies.
I have a Model S and a F150 with a Coyote V8 engine.
An electric engine is much more efficient at converting energy into forward motion and it’s way simpler in terms of moving parts.
If you now buy a Lambo, it’s not for the speed. It’s for the looks, the sound, and the “look at me, I have a Lambo” effect. Nothing wrong with that 😁
Thanks for sharing this. They fully deserve it. Being less trustworthy than Congress is really something.
I wonder if corporate media will report this… 😁
Finally somebody asked the question. This just shows how "bought" all other reporters who interviewed Kamala Harris are.
This is a very basic question that every reporter should ask until we have a clear answer.
Best part is at the end: “
- You want it back?
- Yes off course
- Are you sure this is (muffled)? Let me look it online”
This stupid person wants to search online to get herself out of trouble.
Here are my 2 cents:
From my perspective, public relays fullfil a need for anyone to be able to publish and read posts for free. This is critical for freedom of speech.
But they don't need to hold posts forever. A 30 days retention policy would make sense, balancing the service towards freedom of speech with the realities of infrastructure costs.
If you want your posts to be available for more than 30 days, then you can pay for-profit relays to archive your content or you can stand up your own relay using your own infrastructure.
I also thought that the wall, particularly common with marathon runners, was a symptom of running out of sugars.
With long distance running, the “common knowledge” is that you drink electrolytes (which are mixed with sugar) and eat some sugary gels to replenish energy.
I reject that approach and use LMNT raw for electrolytes but I have not found yet a good replacement for sugary gels to get some more energy during the race.
For sure I don’t stuff myself with carbs the night before a race. I run in a fasted state except for the gels that I will take during the race.
Finally some good news for free speech.
Brown University has refused pro-Palestinian student demands to divest from companies doing business with Israel.
The university’s highest governing body, says divesting “would signal that there are ‘approved’ points of views to which members of the community are expected to conform,” which would be “wholly inconsistent with the principles of academic freedom and free inquiry and would undermine our mission.”

The Democrats and their media say it’s ok to tax unrealized capital gains because it only applies to the wealthy:
“But many posts ignore the fact that the plan would only impact those whose net worth is more than $100 million, or less than 1% of taxpayers, and falsely suggest that all homeowners should fear a new massive tax bill.”
Do you know what else only applied to the wealthy? The federal income tax approved in 1913 by congress after the ratification of the 16th amendment.
Today, everyone pays income tax.
Never give an inch on taxes. So call temporary or “ultra-wealthy” taxes always become permanent and systematically applied to all.

According to Einstein’s theory of special relativity, time elapses more slowly for an individual in motion than for an individual at rest.
In other words, Einstein predicted that exercise will make you live longer.
