Users who don't have that option essentially find themselves somewhat isolated in long-thread conversations.
I have some experience with this because I use multiple clients. There is a huge difference between Amethyst and Damus notifications, more than many people realize.
Although I wouldn't say it was censorship because I understood the intention, making it optional is a step in the right direction in my opinion. And I must say, I love your philosophy as a whole.
He is an absolute legend, but I must say, I am not really happy with his upcoming fight against Jake Paul. I mean, he is 57 years old, and Jake Paul is 25.
However, no matter what happens, he will always be the GOAT.
This is hard for me to wrap my head around since I have full blown conversations with myself on the regular.
No inner monologue is very NPC-like and would explain a lot of things.
Inner dialogues refer to the thoughts and reflections that occur within a person's mind, involving self-talk, analysis, and contemplation about various aspects of life, decisions, or emotions.
I thought it was universal, but it turns out there is a large percentage of people who can't have a conversation with themselves. It's really hard for me to wrap my head around, to be honest. π
By the way, I must clarify that the last NPC part was just humor. Of course, I don't really believe people who don't have inner monologues are NPCs. π
Everyone is different, and everyone has a different thought process. Also, I think this research is very oversimplified; we don't fully understand the human thought process and consciousness.
I believe If you are thinking about the existence of the universe and the history of human beings, you are definitely not an NPC. That's probably the most human thing to do.
Hallucination poses a significant challenge in AI, and no one truly knows how to completely solve it. AI tends to make up information.
While the ability to run code provides certain advantages, there is still much work to be done, and AI is not replacing developers anytime soon.
However, it will undoubtedly assist people in building their projects, especially if they are starting from scratch.
Read about him and his manifesto; he might be one of the most fascinating people you will ever read about. There are a lot of documentaries about him on YouTube.
I don't think many people realize this today, but his manifesto is going to be the basis of a future decelerationist movement, which is inevitable as we continue accelerating towards a techno-future.

A true legend, he was ahead of his time. Although people may not fully grasp his words now, they will soon come to understand.
Ted Kaczynskiβs IQ: 167

Youngest ever math prof, UCB: At 25

I really hope so. These people are using Bitcoin's credibility to scam the most vulnerable people out of their life savings. We don't want any part of it.
Switching from cigs and cigars to nicotine vapes and Zyn was a game-changer for me. After 3 weeks, I'm already feeling the diff. It's super convenient, no smell, and way healthier without burning all that nasty stuff.
Not pushing it if you're not into nicotine, but if you are, consider a safer route!
OpenAI has just responded to Elon's lawsuit.

Elon is taking non-stop Ls

"Over $1 billion liquidated from the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours."
Be cautious about the amount you invest in any asset, including Bitcoin.
Learn risk management and be responsible.
So far, I have approved approximately 10 to 12 requests, and they were not in a proper sequence. I think more information around contributions will be great.
I can see the potential use cases, and we should probably start a community news account maintained and managed by the community.
This is a view of the Himalayan mountain range, likely the most beautiful part, Kashmir valley.
It's just a 5-minute walk from the place where I am purchasing land. Not for a home, as I am always on the move, perhaps to build some sort of hut.

By the way, it is well-suited to be a personal place to stay. They even have broadband and all the important stuff, including Amazon. And having your own land in your hometown seems like the right thing to do.
Currently, only residents of the state are permitted to purchase land, even the other are citizens are not allowed but anyone can visit and stay for as long as they wish. It's always a refreshing experience.
Google AI, so far, has been a disaster. I mean, think about it, they created the Transformer architecture, which is essentially the backbone of modern AI apps. They had all the data, more than anyone else, indexed. In short, Sundar missed it, and Satya didn't, but you never know.
This is insane.
Today there are approx 193 nations in the world
Only 22 have never been invaded by Britain. The portions not in red below.
The area in red has been invaded by Britain.
Incredible how one small island caused such havoc!

Sure, it is very oversimplified. I mean, each conquest has its own stories & complexities, even in India when it was colonized by Britishers, one city was under the control of Portuguese rule for some reason, people still speak Portuguese in that city.
I understand being skeptical of technology; I am myself. However, I don't think we should be decelerationist (Ted Kaczynski type), especially when building freedom tech. It's not just contradictory; it's also a losing side.
Technology is not inherently bad & it's here to stay, embracing new technologies & making them open to everyone seems like the right approach.
It's insinuating the WiFi network he joined is actually someone's hotspots, pretending to be public WiFi - for the purpose of hacking anyones device who joins. The 172.16 IP address is not normally used on most (public) WiFi networks - therefore suspicious
