The former president of Russia proposed such a project and even gave the go-ahead for it 🙄 Then he went crazy and now quotes Stalin, saying punctuation marks out loud. He also runs a blog on Telegram where he writes about nuclear ash almost every day. 

 They got him. People in power don't want us to have this. 😂 By the way, he sounds like a very interesting guy. 🤔 

 Thank goodness he has almost no real power left and it seems like Telegram is all he's allowed to do.

Which harmless enough. 

 Truth be told, he was going nuts when he was approving this project 😅 Because it looks like madness and totally unrealizable in the city.
