Everyone seems to be talking about "founder mode" lately. It may work for Airbnb, but let's not forget the stellar performance of "manager mode" giants like Microsoft, Apple, Amazon & Nvidia. These tech leaders have thrived with it scaling to unprecedented heights. "Founder mode" has merits and I've also learned one size doesn't fit all.

Maybe you are right, maybe you are not. There is a place for founder mode. At the same time I’m not a fan of extremes, each approach has its time and place.
Life Lesson: Don't assume you deserve anything by default. Work for what you want and need. If something is given to you, it's a gift. Don't expect it.
