Day 31/31 and also Day 1 for October (running it again). Thank you everyone that participated, you are legends and I hope you felt like this camel at least once. I know I did.
Also today was soccer practice and then legs. Don't recommend it

Just laughing while listening to this episode. The corruption from Elizabeth Warren and the FED is 3rd world country level bad. Need to clean house.

Day 30/31 60 minutes from a heavy Chest and Abs workout followed by a short run.
Tomorrow will be the last day for this month and I am starting the challenge over for October. I have seen some great strength gains and I don't want to lose the current rhythm.

Get them involved. I bought mine some flip cards from Amazon with different body weight exercises. We play a game where I flip a card and they have to do what's on there
You and nostr:nprofile1qqsxmjhw90fmaflfajmappfluul5lp2lgcw0yheve0jpy27lvcf53pgpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejsz8rhwden5te0dehhxarj9e3xjarrda5kuetj9eek7cmfv9kqzrthwden5te0dehhxtnvdakqar75eg I encouraged me to continue through October. I'll join you for the next 31
Yes brother! So encouraging to read this. That's what I have found as well.
If you don't cheat, the daily 60 minutes leaves few places to hide. I have to find good rotations, new exercises, and also just recover more quickly to keep up. It pushes my strength, recovery, and endurance all at once.
My favorite current use for ai is basically tech support ... how do I fix this paint sprayer, what string trimmer line thickness for this weed eater etc
yes, it definitely makes silly mistakes, if I stay in control then it's a great tool. I think just blindly using it and taking anything it says is a mistake for now
