Last week or so I haven't posted about exercise! It's been lots of work on the land - climbing, carrying, etc - but still fitting in kettlebell moves and some bodyweight exercises.
I'm now interested in building strength with mobility (like LeoMoves on YT - can't wait until that kind of stuff is on Nostr!). YT is one of the platforms that I have a hard time quitting. So much useful and interesting stuff.
Anyway - thanks again to @hodlcuban for keeping me in touch with my k bells!
