well after a couple months of renovating and being almost done ... I got a call at work today from my wife that there was a leak from the master shower through the living room ceiling
The bathrooms are old but usable so we didn't touch those. Plumber says it's the shower pan so we're about to go through the fun of restoration and insurance company 😓
it's been a while since i posted about land cruisers ... i like to look at them when i have down time and there hasn't been a lot of that

i played baseball before i was 4. parents would kick us out of the house and I would go miles away and spend the day playing ball, so would the other kids
we would rip the fuzz off a tennis ball and also set up on the streets outside
your hand would be the bat and everyone had to field on a street full of potholes and a rubbery ball... you get good at hand eye contact and fielding 😄
