Yes many. I didn't used to until I started seeking them out. Go to your local bitcoin meetup or start one. When I found our local meetup group, it turned out it had been defunct for a year. I pushed to get it started again. Expecting only one or two other ppl to show, we ended up having at least 15 ppl on day 1. They're out there - most ppl are just waiting for someone else to make the first move.
Second this! Meeting bitcoiners IRL is really fulfilling and energizing. We live in a rural area and I never met anyone until last year when I started a Bitcoin only business, listed on @BTCMap.org, and finally went to my first Bitcoin meetup. I was amazing how many local bitcoiners have come out of the woodwork in our small local area just in the past year or so!
