I have one with Minibits, yours with Blink could be for example: nowclip@blink.sv
But you can only get it from that app and then entering the address here on your profile. 

 I see you use Damus, so for iOS you can try blink.sv if you are a European resident and have Telegram you can also use sats.mobi to get a lightning address  

 Phoenix is a good wallet, but it is not suitable for Nostr.
Keep it aside for when you have more experience.
Blink wallet is very simple, download it for iOS and see. 

 Mutiny was a great wallet for Nostr but its developers abandoned the project, so I don't recommend it.

It is definitely better to have the wallet separate from the app especially when the numbers start to get big.

But don't worry, Primal is fine to start with, when you find a lightning wallet you like, you can simply move your Bitcoins around. 

 There is no seed phrase on the Primal wallet. The only backup is the email you activated it with.
