The TX is published at 5sats V/b so probably OK, but I lost my channel with @strike and I am not sure I’ll ever get one back. This is just madness and all this fee predictions bullshit is pissing me off
It is done under excuse of protecting your node from some impossible scenario that may result in loss of funds. The way it’s done is super dumb. Just fucking reject the transaction and don’t fucking force close the channel, ffs 🤦♂️
It is simple. If the channel passes a TX with specific predictions for the on-chain fees, and that fee is too different from what your node has predicted, then it just goes and does the FC
I guess that was the only silver lining in this case. I’ve made more config changes to avoid this shit in the future. Sorry about that, there was very little I could do here.
Eclair gods decided to FC 3 of my channels, so fucking frustrated with this fee difference forcecloser mechanism in Eclair already. I want to scream into the void!!!!!!!!!
Tips for making your video manageable and smaller on the iPhone: get a free iMovie app, create a project, import your video from the roll, export to the camera roll, upload and share! This should result in a file size that is 10x smaller while retaining the quality.
Just made more than a few updates to the nostr.build underlying infrastructure and code. Should make things more efficient and overall improve performance. If you are experiencing any issues in the past one hour, reply in this thread please.
I can publish http headers with moderation ratings, if you want to consume them. We perform it asynchronously, so they are not immediately available, only after 20-60 seconds.
Why do you spam tags anon? Why do you add unrelated tags to your notes? Do you realize that it just makes tags unusable for the people and instead makes your tag spam note invisible to most. Use the remaining two neurons to consider the long term implications 🐶🐾😭😭😭
Make a script to backup notes together with media, problem solved. Same goes for search, technically.
Search will happen, I don’t have time to work on it now, though I already prototyped it at least twice with great results.
It’s all about time, money and priorities. 🐶🐾🫡
It is definitely more than an hour of work to make it production ready. Prototype, probably 15min work for me, to production, around a day of work and testing. There are things that should be considered for security. Also, just getting a list of URLs is probably not gonna be useful for 99.9% of people. Ideally, the backup would be a nice downloadable zip file with all of the content, but this is also not an easy thing to implement while avoiding abuse and DDoS vectors (yes we are constantly attacked left and right). I did once asked here if there was an interest in archival storage but demand was 0 🐶🐾🤷♂️
How do you onboard new people? With the invoice into their face? Do you also ask all your followers and follows to add your private relay? 🐶🐾🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
Why do you need the list of URLs? You can already get it without scraping, just open a dev console and you’ll have it.
I was talking not only about account holders, but all the media that is uploaded by the specific npub (free or not free).
If you continue with this type of attitude toward me or other people, just throwing out insults based on your uninformed assumptions, I’ll mute you and move along. I am talking with respect to you, I expect it to be reciprocated. 🐶🐾🫡
