@efa2e20e definitely a better food choice, but it doesn’t mean you are still not being poisoned: chemicals used in growing the food (e.g. glyphosate) and storing the food (e.g. BPA) can have a negative effect on your health.
Also need to consider the foods effect on your gut microbiome, blood sugar levels, etc.
I think you also mean “highly processed”, as truly unprocessed = raw, which is not that good for humans.
Fasting is still important for a healthy long life.
@efa2e20e@aba3e4c9 wind power is a disaster in the uk - it just isn’t a viable technology; breaks far too easily, doesn’t work with light winds or really strong winds, needs grid power to work. The damage caused by the wind turbines is quite major, and completely fucks the local wildlife. Solar actually performs better - and yes it does work when it’s cloudy. All year round. (Except when covered by snow lol). The biggest effect is the angle of the sun in the sky in winter due to earth tilt
@efa2e20e if the Scottish people really want to go fully independent (they have their own government, laws, and a lot of autonomy already) then they should go for it - there is a lot they will lose financially and practically, but it is their choice. They have already had a couple of referendums on this, and always voted to stay part of the uk. Seems like people are just trying to sow distrust and hatred by regurgitating to same old dumb sturgeon talking points.
@efa2e20e they probably will. I just hope it is a fair and honest one that truly reflects the will of the people - whichever way that goes. Not holding my breath though… true democracy today is dead.
