 I've been doing consistent long walks in the sun around my neighborhood while the weather's nice. Doing some business calls while walking, or listening to a podcast while walking.

I mostly blame  @Steven Lubka for getting me into this trend.

 Recently I figured that any type of long periods of exercise improve my wellbeing a lot. It doesn’t even have to be super intensive. 
 Btw @LynAlden , I very often exercise while listening to you lighting some truth on economy matters!! Thanks for being such an enlightened treadmill partner!! 
 I'm leaving for one right now. 
 Take the shirt off and soak in that sun. Our skin is an evolved solar panel 
 I really should of but I'm not feeling chadly enough and recently lost a tooth to a tortilla chip incident so I hide in shame behind a tshirt. 
 That’s one hard tortilla chip!

I like to use Audible and have recently restarted listening to The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. 

It has become my favorite time of the day. 
 Great books!!

And they’re even better the second time through. 
 Love that series. I’m listening to Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn rn 
 Named a couple of my dogs after characters in that series! 🤙🏻 
 I was worried when I didn’t see a meme in awhile! 
 Walking meetings are the best 🤙 
 Best times are at first light 
 Bike riding, lots of squats, some deadlifts, some sprints, some pushups, some dumbbells, long walks in the sun, and cold plunges.

 Calisthenics will provide massive gains if done right.

 Walking is the activity we are truly meant to do.  If you want to really "see" or enjoy a city, neighborhood, area, etc....you walk it.   
 For sure I’m a photographer so this resonates very deep with me 
 I like to do that too... 😀  
 Long walks in the sun energize the soul.  I usually end my walks with 10 min of bare feet on the ground.  🫡 
 A good habit Lyn, enjoyable and clears the mind! Regardless (mostly) of the weather I think, as being outside is the magic. 
 Check out the work of Jack Kruse on light, water, and electromagnetism. A deep rabbit hole worth the time. Health and wealth are fundamentally linked as Unlce Jack says.

 I used to walk every morning and listen to a full 3 hour podcast. Walking is so good for you 
 Just being outside in the sun can work wonders. Paying attention to the light you consume during parts of the day is equally important 
 i tell my clients this all the time… it’s so much better for you than a guilty HIIT session without proper guidance!

 Love it. I walk 2-3 miles a day. Clears my head, allows me to reflect on the positives in life, and focus on the good each day. A walk a day keeps the Doctor away.🤪 
 I couldn’t imagine my life without it. I do it everyday 
 I'm not looking forward to winter. Only way to walk is on a treadmill inside. Even in 106 degree weather I was out there walking around the neighborhood getting all I could before the snow.

 It’s best to soak it in now before winter. Helpful for maintaining optimal, clockspeed, and metabolism for mitochondria

 try only to walk and do nothing else 
 I’ve regularly run 10km shirtless for many years. 
While I’m more of a weightlifter, the feeling of being in nature, doing physical exercise with the sun on my skin, is just amazing. 
 I also like to do walks but I usually just rawdog my ears to listen to my surrondings and nature instead of having someone in my ear all day. That's kind of refreshing too. 
 I started this habit over Covid and so happy it stayed. Less news podcasts now though. 
 Do you aim for any particular time of day/UV index reading? 
 Try Bach too, mind blowing  
 Podcasts and audiobooks have made something that used to seem like a time consuming activity without much intensity into a much more worthwhile task. Especially complex trading or economic podcasts which don't lend themselves as well to a more distracting activity such as grocery shopping or even cooking.

Bring along a kendama to hone fine motor control and hand eye coordination while you go. Though walking rather than standing does add additional difficulty to kendama.
