I like to try new things. So when I found this jerky place that was like "ostrich! Shark! Kangaroo! Alligator!" 

I couldn't help myself 

 For now I can say I tried only horse, mule, and shark. 
Horse and Mule are soo tender, I know for many it's too much close to a pet.. but in Italy (most in the south) is pretty common 😅😋 

 I tried ostrich kangaroo alligator shark  and then rare for California but I found out I loooooooovvvveee bison like no wonder we made those fuckers go extinct
