Admins have to basically import profiles from another instance. Alex provided a work around for that. I ended up just going strfry. I can't even login ditto.pub now to test for some reason. I think I ended up making something better. On poster.place, with the modified nostrudel UI, users can block spam at the relay level with 1 click and most of the spam is gone. Also, at the relay level, relay.poster.place, I have a lot of policies to make the global timeline on nostr perfect. No spam! No mastodon instances because  you can't interact with them anyway because they block us
