Admins have to basically import profiles from another instance. Alex provided a work around for that. I ended up just going strfry. I can't even login ditto.pub now to test for some reason. I think I ended up making something better. On poster.place, with the modified nostrudel UI, users can block spam at the relay level with 1 click and most of the spam is gone. Also, at the relay level, relay.poster.place, I have a lot of policies to make the global timeline on nostr perfect. No spam! No mastodon instances because you can't interact with them anyway because they block us

Seems like it's slowly importing profiles when you add relays in the admin dashboard from Ditto.
The bridge ones will work very well. The nostr ones ..... not so well
