https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIma2WOQs1Mz2AuOt6wRSUw subscribed, will probably check some things out because of what i suspect are gall stones i have been increasing my intake of citrus, the one about lemon water will be a good watch i also get problems with gall bladder pain (biliary colic) when i eat eggs now, even when they are fully cooked hard so there is no denatured cholesterols remaining the complexity of the issues i have i basically know that the only way i'm gonna get relief is if i either learn the subject myself, or find a way to get within range of doctors who actually know this stuff, and unfortunately i don't think there is very many in the world at all, most others are just going to give me a couple of drugs for whatever symptoms stand out to them the most and the problem will continue to get worse, mostly
While you're at it - Dr. Mark Hymen and chairopractic Dr's Erek Berg & Stein Ekberg. All good content with actionable advice. Really like Ekbergs breakdown videos.
thanks for the tips... i have figured out that part of what was keeping me drinking alcohol was its effect of increasing insulin resistance, this peripheral neuropathy stuff comes up strong when i stop drinking so now i gotta figure out what to do about it i was experimenting with yohimbe as it was said to stimulate the production of amylase, and amylase building up around nerves is one likely cause of neuropathy especially the kind that does the cramping thing (by creating capacitance in the nerve signaling path, ie, slow to charge, slow to release) oof what a mess i'm in, and i'm supposed to be trying to work through this while my brain is not functioning, this is not easy lol
just kinda throwing ideas now, free association, if you don't mind. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n28W4AmvMDE
not a problem... one of the big struggles i have now is sourcing food that i can eat that doesn't make my issues worse... the available food at local stores here in madeira is extremely poor, hard to find beef at all, and getting supplements is a real pain as well... i do feel very much like i should seriously consider the idea of moving to a place where i can get access to these things... like Denver, Colorado, would probably be a good option, but the money i need and organising long term visa etc what a nightmare gonna just try to hodl and maybe i'll have enough money by the end of the year to really dig into this, for now just to keep the wolves away from the gate
are you OK with the cold weather in Denver? at least it's got good weed if you're into that for staying home in the snow. Rio de Janeiro has coastal mountains, plenty of beef products, more social lifestyle.
i like the cold and i like weed, and if i am gonna be suffering from peripheral neuropathy for a while then this also would help me not be irritated and/or in pain during the process i also like high altitude, spent most of my life at 600m
I like high attitude and raise U 650m
yes i would prefer to be over 1km, and more than 1000km from the ocean
we should go surfing! i know some mf's

i'm not talking about the little ocean beach waves, the bigger flow bro! cmon
are you suggesting cosmic surfing? what's bigger than an ocean
