one of the big struggles i have now is sourcing food that i can eat that doesn't make my issues worse... the available food at local stores here in madeira is extremely poor, hard to find beef at all, and getting supplements is a real pain as well... i do feel very much like i should seriously consider the idea of moving to a place where i can get access to these things... like Denver, Colorado, would probably be a good option, but the money i need and organising long term visa etc what a nightmare

gonna just try to hodl and maybe i'll have enough money by the end of the year to really dig into this, for now just to keep the wolves away from the gate

Rio de Janeiro has coastal mountains, plenty of beef products, more social lifestyle. 

 i like the cold and i like weed, and if i am gonna be suffering from peripheral neuropathy for a while then this also would help me not be irritated and/or in pain during the process
