 Nothing wrong with the pressure cooker other than the smaller size.

I usually cook my broth down to concentrate it & then set it in the fridge before cubing it & freezing. 
 I bought the 8 litre Instant Pot so the capacity actually isn’t too bad. It’s not that much smaller than the largest pot I currently have for the stove anyway. I also want to try other things like braised beef and lamb shanks in the pressure cooker. 
 Yeah my biggest pot is about 40L - you can get a lot of bones in there. 

I use my pressure cooker for rice & potatoes mostly. Occasionally I'll do a curry in there because it dissolves the gelatinous tissue without breaking apart the meat cubes.

They're certainly useful
