the last 4 days i've been going through starvation because i got 1% fat milk - the only thing i can get at the supermarket nearby that i can walk to with the bitrefill acquired gift cards i got two weeks ago. tried to add the fats back with melted butter into the brew. that's a giant noper.

being essentially starving has made me so fucking annoyed at everything i could scream.

i kinda don't want to go back to the full lactose thing though, i'm getting to like this yoghurt thing, but when there's no fat in it, it's starvation.

and yeah, anyone who can say such a retarded thing as that quote above clearly never suffered from starvation, and i wasn't even in a bad one and man i could punch someone's lights out right now if they tried to start shit.

it's just super frustrating in this low fat high seed content food regime that is europe/usa. there was zero grass fed, plain old whole milk in the three times i've gone to the store where i got the 1% "half fat" milk. i mean, hell, 1% is not half fat that's quarter fat in my book, it's what used to be called "skim milk" when i was a kid ffs.

low fat yoghurt and keto, let this be a warning. don't do it. 

 Go to a different store!  

 i've been to every store on the island practically. there's only 300k people here, it's not a big place.

nobody seems to keep in mind that i'm living in Madeira. this is an outpost in the middle of the atlantic ocean, directly west of mauritania. the majority of things from bovines here come from Azores, the remainder from the mainland. local production is pretty small scale, maybe a few thousand head of cattle on the whole island.
