Nostr already have the Nostr 'Quick Notes' extension (improving), and Nostr calendar and to-do list apps are coming in a few days. After that, we will need collaboration tools for teams. I already have something in mind.

Sure, right now they're hardcoded to wss://nos.lol, wss://nostr-pub.wellorder.net, and wss://relay.nostr.band. I'll update the relays though, since at least one of those is no longer in commission.
Totally makes sense. If you were gonna try to sense the user’s preferred relays would you pull from the user’s latest kind 3 event? Kind 10002? Or some other way?

It's very early right now, currently it supports Android, PC, Mac and Linux. I'm starting to think more about integrations with existing software rather than building from scratch. Nostr is applicable to such a vast array of usecases that we simply cannot rebuild everything on top of it (or build it well enough to compete with other products in the market)
