 Sure, right now they're hardcoded to wss://nos.lol, wss://nostr-pub.wellorder.net, and wss://relay.nostr.band. I'll update the relays though, since at least one of those is no longer in commission.

If you were gonna try to sense the user’s preferred relays would you pull from the user’s latest kind 3 event? Kind 10002? Or some other way?

 Nice! 10002 is in the spec, but you should probably read kind 3s since some old clients don't support 10002 yet
