Is TikTok / YouTube causing this? In my youth I don't remember ever hearing about having to do insane things to meat before cooking it? Who the hell has time to dry age steak for a year in beeswax? WTF? Who the hell does this? Who thinks this up? Why are they doing it? I assume it's just to generate clicks/views? Why not "I dry aged by steak for 10 years in an old commode - you won't believe what it tastes like!?" And, yes, I realize someone probably already did that. *sigh* https://static.noagendasocial.com/media_attachments/files/111/069/384/500/293/905/original/2338965febb0aaa7.png
