GM Another day of trying to convince people that eating real food is better than eating commodities...
You picked the wrong day. We are at 98k! Just 2k more and we make it 100k! 🙈
It's good to have hobbies 😂😂
Good morning Ken, you are awesome ☕️
There's some joke here about a reverse Howey test for food - if its not Secure it's a commodity or something - but I can't figure it out.
I don't understand the resistance to eating plants and animals...
It's easy to understand. Plants have defense chemicals built in, are not generally nutrient dense and the good stuff isn't as bioavailable as you might think. Animal meat is the opposite.
I was speaking in regard to ultra-processed foods. I understand the phytochemical issure. Some are sentive and cooking for fermentation helps tremendously. Nutrient content had much to do with growth method. Industrial NPK and pesticide/herbicide grown vegitation obviously had issues that organic compost produce does not.
"Live Cattle" are a commodity
I've watched your videos for a few years. Excellent content. I was carnivore for a while, but I missed the carbs too much. Overall health was better. Fatty pork belly was my favourite, I would eat 800g in the evening. Amazing. Miss those days. Eventually after a few months I struggled with constipation. It didn't happen straight away. Tried adding more fat, but couldn't get it work. Overall I think Carnivore lifestyle is considerably more healthy than the standard bs we are fed. And fat is definitely your friend. 👍
