Then why not communicate that? I've been on both sides of this thing (user and developer), and I've noticed that communication (on both ends) is almost always the biggest issue in software.

When you respond with 1. Use Firefox and 2. Your emotion toward this is unhelpful, that doesn't at all communicate that you care and work is happening behind the scenes that outsiders may not understand (such as in this case).

I think we all need to do a better job of communicating, myself more than anyone else.

 And for the record, I took this post to mean that we should be reporting exclusively at the new location, not that we could still use the old format while the new one is being built out.

Again, communication. That simply wasn't clear at all and can be frustrating for people who take the time to report bugs. It's actually a lot of work sometimes. 

 Thanks. I did wanted to switch to the new platform. I just didn't expect people that are using nostr these days to not be willing to do whatever it takes to use a Nostr-native client instead of a centralized behemoth. Living and learning.  

 Well, I agree and find it equally odd considering the state of Nostr and what it seeks to achieve. I put in a part-time just do use freedom versions of what takes other people no thought at all, but my hope is to have everyone do that at some point without all the time we put in. The number of Apple users is particularly baffling to me.

But I do understand to an extent because being a 'deep' user who really digs in and takes time to report bugs can be an entire job in itself across all of this software, in my experience.

To go and apply the same amount of time and energy to just reporting bugs is probably daunting.

We just need to all be patient with each other I think. You're right that hate and anger won't ultimately solve any of these issues.
