@3967703f I had to take a deep breath and count to 10 to be able to finish the article after this nonsense: “the city’s economy is still hampered by the work-from-home trend.”

Maybe convert some of those overly-priced offices that nobody wants to rush back to into something good, geniuses. And LOL at it being a “trend.” So tired.
@a4f16737 Yep. There's an obvious fix for multiple problems in one fell swoop. It's capitalist disgusting.
@3967703f I’m not even sure why that bit was supposedly relevant to the story of Adams failing to do his duty either. Just mess everywhere.
@a4f16737 I felt the same way. It stuck out in its irrelevance.
@3967703f I wonder if the Times’ corporate overlords require it in a minimum number of posts per day.
@a4f16737 @3967703f I understand that some prime building sites will be becoming available soon. Ideal for Offices, affordable housing, refugee accommodation etc. For some reason the sites are all in line with one another a and stretch roughly from London to Birmingham. Further info, apply : Sunak, Downing Street, London, SW1A 2AA**.**
@e237dbf3 @a4f16737 @3967703f There are issues with converting them into affordable housing, as they weren't built with the plumbing, windows, etc for living in mind. Folk have been looking at this.
@d762e03c It can be done. I've seen it happen in buildings turned co-ops on the UWS of Manhattan. It's about will. It's always about will.
