 @e237dbf3 @a4f16737 @3967703f There are issues with converting them into affordable housing, as they weren't built with the plumbing, windows, etc for living in mind.  Folk have been looking at this.

 @d762e03c It can be done. I've seen it happen in buildings turned co-ops on the UWS of Manhattan. It's about will. It's always about will.
