Next I took everything back apart and started finishing it all. A good sanding and a couple coats of tung oil should do the trick. The strained glass is very fragile so I'm planning on sandwiching it between two sheets of polycarbonate to help protect it and make it easier to clean. One piece at a time this project is getting closer and closer to the finish line. The last of the cedar shake is installed too. All that's left is the finish trim around the door frame and some paint on the window trim front of the tiny house is done. The sheep are working their way towards the tiny house in this pasture so I'm going to let them graze around it first before I start doing any landscaping. I was able to avoid making any critical/costly mistakes. I also had lots of time to souce cheap and unique reclaimed/recycled materials. Interesting! Where I am from, even mobile homes permits in agricultural land is very strict, like max 6 months and it MUST have functional wheels to demonstrate is not permanent establishment. I always been envious of boomers, they basically bought cheap land, built villas and then paid a simple fine: boom premium real estate!
