 The next week is key. Your body will withdraw from sugar. You will have strong cravings. Stay the course, best you can. Let your body transition from sugar to burning fat. When it does, you will feel awesome, and the excess weight from all that garbage fiat food will fall off. But just make sure you eat enough. Also drink loads of water, and make sure you get fiber. 
 What’s a good source of fiber? 
 Avocado, lentils, chia seeds, and black beans are easy to eat. Lentil pasta is nice, and chia seeds mixed in shakes goes down fairly easy. Veggies are all good, but you have to eat a lot. Stay away from the gummies and cereals. Those are fiat fiber.
