What’s a good source of fiber?
Avocado, lentils, chia seeds, and black beans are easy to eat. Lentil pasta is nice, and chia seeds mixed in shakes goes down fairly easy. Veggies are all good, but you have to eat a lot. Stay away from the gummies and cereals. Those are fiat fiber. A bigass steak with some avocado and black bean salad....
