 I have a Sears Roebuck catalog from the late 19th century and it doesn't have any tiny houses.

 I saw a video of a guy who bought one these. He filmed the delivery and setup, then did a walk-through. Not the highest quality, and it's really small, but it's definitely a legit tiny house.

 As portable as containers. They reduce in size and can be easily transported on trucks.

 jokes aside there is a whole rabbithole of prefab, tiny, and modular homes. My family has a plot of relatively useless remote land and trying to research the viability of getting something like this set up there was confusing
