I don’t always eat croissants and pains au chocolat in the morning.
Usually it’s something like this 👇 

Banana 🍌 
Oats 
Frozen blueberries 🫐 
Soy milk 🥛 

*mix that all together*

Add a little more oats and blueberries on top 

I swear, it’s a good start of the day and it’s delicious 🤤

 How far does your knowledge go about seed oils and carnivore? 
 Probably not far enough. I know seed oils aren’t good. But why would I eat a steak in the morning? 
 I didn't mention steak for breakfast. I would do eggs and bacon for breakfast. If you have the time, i would recommend checking out deep nutrition with dr Cate Shanahan on the Bitcoin podcast by Saifedean Ammous. 
 Haha no you didn’t mention that indeed. But yea, the seed oils and carnivore thing seems like a big deal…

 It really is a big thing. I wanna see my fellow bitcoiners healthy. It really changed my life.
Carnivore (or at least no seed oils) is to your health as Bitcoin is to your financial health 😅 
 That shit is literally in EVERYTHING I touch in the grocery store 😅 
 I know man.. wait till you learn more about those oils. I loved my donuts, chips, mayonaise, pastry, etc but i really was slowly killing me. That shit is even worse than smoking. And i'm willing to debate that 
 Yea, for sure that isn’t healthy. But in terms of the breakfast I had, I should be good right? 
 To be honest my man. Steak or eggs and bacon would have been the way to go..
The plants tricked us, the fruits are not the same as several years ago, they're practically as bad as candy, the oatmeal is turned mostly into sugars, fruits and veggies have natural chemicals to make us not wanna eat them, and the list goes on 😅

Knowing about carnivore and seedoils is as important as knowing about Bitcoin imo 
 Eggs and bacon would be good. But then it would have to be bacon from a local farmer I suppose, and thats a thing we don’t have a lot over here 
 Even if you can't get it from a farmer, it's still better 😅 try 90 days. You will really see and feel the difference 
 90 days breakfast of bacon and eggs? 
 90 days absolutally no seed oils. Carnivore will come naturally afterwards 😅 
 Well that’s what I’ve been trying for a while now. I keep scanning the stuff that I’m buying but man, seed oils are everywhere 
 It's really food designed to make you sick, give you inflamation, cancer, diabetes, etc.. Bitcoin gives you a nice future, be sure to make it till then. And the quality of your life will also improve a lot
