A bit flawed. Hard to know the truth but Nostr is definitely the future.
If you use them both then yes. I have half a dozen npubs that I use but I'm only one person.

Nostr is also a bit of an underdog still. And follower counts are near meaningless. Engagement and being social is more important imo.
