You get it.
I just know this is the way of life. I can't imagine lofting around not hustling.
I wonder if it requires a change of environment and to be around more competitive people.
But then again, I know that all the accumulation of wealth and status is gone in an instance.
The humility of death and being forgot after a few generations alleviates the pressure as well.
I suppose it's just to be the best version of one's self and not to squander your potential, such as milking your youth and attaining the highest level of athletism etc.
It’s the balance in my opinion. Work hard. Work smart. Do what you love along the way. Eventually, get free.
I personally don’t just save money. I spend money on travel. I spend money on hobbies and the occasional nice thing. I spend money on gifts for others. I spend money on good food. I spend time running around in the woods and desert and swimming and doing things that make me feel alive.
Like you said, it could all be over at any time. I plan to live for a good while but it’s no guarantee. Got to enjoy the present as much as possible too.
Well said, my friend.
Well said.
