Not sure. I'm always cool as a cucumber and he hates it He is rather intelligent and talented, but aggressive and holds grudges permanently to his disadvantage
Sometimes when I see someone reflecting what I don’t want, I remind myself that this behavior is a south star, and use it to find my bearing back to my north stars (what I want).
I think he sees me cool headed, and thus realizes that he is not.
