%$#xxx@&%#%. WTH has happened with customer service anymore?? I tried to make a change on our AAA svc acct, could not find what i needed online. Called the number they listed, had to talk to a robot, got put on hold for 30 mins, then the moron on the phone says he's not authorized to make the change. By this time i was so frustrated i just cancelled the damned thing. AAA service used to be good, because i called them a couple yrs ago, and had a great experience. I'm just not putting up with this shit anymore. 😡😡😡
AAA is total crap now.
Not even remotely the same service they were before. The decline was quick too.
aaa is only good for towing ans you have to be proactive to find your tow
They have decided robots phone systems are the best for customer satisfaction as the robots don’t get angry at you for being customers and calling them so they have to do a little work
We got rid of our AAA years ago. All the benefits we wanted, were included in our car insurance anyways
Across the board this is the case. The actual humans on the other end are the lowest tier of stupid because they are the only ones left to do the job. Everyone else saw the writing on the wall with the automated systems and ai hancuffs they walked out over the last several years.
Good luck if ai decides you arent getting service, because the humans that still work there cant actually override anything
