Never tried the spleen, didn’t even know that was edible tbh. We like the heart, but I kinda destroyed it with my shot. 

I’d say we like the tenderloin the best. We’re probably going to make hamburger out of this guy, that’s what we need most atm 

 Yeah in Sicily they make sandwiches out of it.  It tastes pretty much how it looks 🤣
