I haven’t tried a sauna after a workout.. my go to is cardio at home after a workout at the gym followed by a hot then cool shower!
You should if you have access to one. Especially an evening workout. Relaxes the body for the night. Nice! Cold showers are still great 🤙
There’s a sauna at camp. I think I’ll bring some weights & kettlebells with me next time I go! Thanks for the idea!! 😊
