 Intermittent fasting, I just eat small portions throughout the day. I also have been skipping chocolate and sugars. Instead of eating a full meal, I just eat enough to feel full and leave the rest for later. I still have to hit the gym, I’ve been slacking in that department since last year. 🫠

I think I am on the opposite side, I was counting calories and semi-intermittent fasting with calisthenics.  Now I still do calisthenics and jog but I don't mind what I eat as much.  Keep fighting in forming a better mind, body and spirit!
