They are number 2. Number 1 is a drug called Humira, which is a "miracle drug" used for treating autoimmune diseases, especially rheumatoid arthritis. Look up the incidence rate of autoimmune disease on a historical chart btw. Everyone is bloody sick these days with one of these.
