 Up at 5am. Daily. Only way to live. No alarm needed. 

 6am on my end! I agree. Proper way to live. Good sleep hygiene is essential to longevity 

 New morning workout addition. 
Jumping jacks with 20lb weights. Gets the blood flowing. 2 quick sets of 13. 

 Very Nice! 
I do weight training Monday to Friday, with dumbbells. 
And everyday I start with the pushups, obviously
