I have a channel open with inbound liquidity, so I don't exactly understand why receiving is Fedi By default. It seems that if I ran out of inbound it would switch to fedi until a threshold and then either open a new channel or combine close/reopen a larger channel with the new amount from Fedi Not a big deal tbh, I'm just curious
It cuts down on potential channel closes and is also the funding mechanism for fedimint in general, since we don't yet have swaps from LN to fedimint. It's also still complicated to get an exact inbound balance, as that is highly dependent on chain fees and the other LSP node. So this removes a lot of that friction.
