$999USD iPhone 15 Pro is $2099NZD. It was $1999 last year.

Converting from USD + 15% tax is only $1950. So $150NZD difference from the US price. About a $100 increase with no real logic behind it. 
 @491c0dec @97d863f4 I think - when I’ve looked in the past - they seem to build in an amount for expected continuation of currency changes. I suspect they have financial advice that the gap will get wider and, by the time the next iPhone comes around, it’ll have caught up.

Of course, it’s all a punt on their side, and a guess on mine - but given they only change pricing at product launch, it seems that would be what is happening.
