I believe our thoughts generally come from our higher self but they are received & then perceived by our physical bodies. Distortions from our current physicality & beliefs drastically alter their frequency as they are received & perceived. Working to clear the hurt & beliefs that don't support us, helps us to perceive & express these frequencies more clearly.
this is interesting. I'll investigate that within myself. it makes sense to me.
I can't change my thoughts directly but my thoughts reveal my beliefs. When I shift my beliefs, my thinking then shifts. If you have a disturbing thought arise that isn't aligned with who you are, ask what do I believe that supports this? What is the belief that causes the thought to manifest in this way? What am I scared of happening?
