What if a game had an additional computational cost via POW based on its code complexity. The benefits of this added cost would be:
- verifiability of actions by any party
- necessarily highly optimized code
- protocol enforcement of game rules by participants rather than central enforcement of game rules
- increased Sybil resistance
- actions could be scaled by thermodynamic output, turning hardware and code efficiency into advantages in gameplay where appropriate
Food for thought 🤔 #cyberspace
