 Why?
I’m not sure if it’s a need as much as a desire, but many seem to have stellar results from it.
 Fiber
You don't need fiber on the carnivore diet. At all.
I'll have to look into that claim.
I'm living proof. Many others are. 🤷‍♂️
Fiber: Why it's important and how to get more of it

Diets rich in fiber are associated with good heart health and metabolic wellbeing. This type of diet can do wonders for our gut microbiome.

With so many benefits, relatively low cost, and high availability, fiber should be a staple nutrient in our diets — but most of us have a deficiency.

In this episode of ZOE Science & Nutrition, Jonathan and Will ask: If fiber is so good for us, why are we not eating enough of it?

"We know that fiber is the main ingredient for creating a healthy microbiome, fiber and fermented food. That's really not up for debate". – Dr. Robynne Chutkan, MD

"I’m here to tell you that fiber is the first, and potentially the most powerful, solution to restoring health to your gut microbiota, and from there your overall health." - Fiber Fueled by Will Bulsiewicz MD.

"The one thing we can say for certain is that fiber is crucial for a healthy microbiome. (...) that is the one thing that absolutely everyone will tell you: fiber is key, if you don't get enough fiber in your diet, you will not have a healthy microbiome, no matter what else you do."

Claims suggest that soluble and insoluble fiber is beneficial for the gut. If one has to supplement fiber, either one, to their diet, something is awry.
Poop potions, imo, is an industry all on its own. They are capitalizing on, uh, the hardships a lot experience due to the SAD.
I’d venture to say that a carnivore diet that’s consumed with a lot of the animal fat doesn’t cause problems.
If one is consuming milk and cheese only, then yes… let’s talk fiber 😂
I get fiber from all sources availed naturally. Meat, grains, vegetables and anything that the soil provides and whatever it feeds that I can then consume. I don't eat processed food and don't do anything with high fructose corn syrup. I believe that health is a state of mind that when tended to will lead you as an individual to what is best for you. I have found that when I limit myself to one thing and 1 thing only, like eating just meat, or only surfing for exercise, or only meditating for spiritual growth, I am worse off then when I do a moderate amount of everything I have access to that is good for me. I have some Bitcoin, but I also own a home, real estate (a farm), a business, a car, ect... I am not all in on Bitcoin.
Natural fiber would def be the way to go. It sounds like you have a good handle on what works for you, and that’s always great to read. When effort like that is put in, I believe the benefits come with, in some way, shape, or form!
