I see your approach, however the result is you will only be contributing to the acceptance of this control mechanism. 30 days is not enough time (especially if you are eating mostly regular foods like eggs and using crickets as a condiment) to determine the effect thus food group may have on you. Your observations will lead to more acceptamce of the food group, and allow for gov agenda to be accepted.

My 2c
Not eating eggs, it is a plant based/vegan diet except for the crickets. Moving to more whole vegetables + crickets for the latter half

Not sure how talking about eating bugs will lead to more government agenda acceptance of it but sounds like you didn't listen to the whole video if you think that's the case👂

we just stay silent on things we don't want to see now?
I listened to the video and the financial angle is an interesting one, however I still think this will play to the eat ze bugs agenda. How many viewers will see you eat bugs and go "Maybe it's not that bad?"

I mean, it would be fine IF it wasn't for the wef government control backing that entire food-group.
Let people come to their own conclusions.

If talking about my honest, uncomfortable experience doing this diet is what single handedly enables the WEF/governments to gaslight us into forced bug diets, then sure, take a piss on my grave 😂

But beyond that, sunlight is a disinfectant on this topic
Time to come clean! You didnt eat a single bug and made this all up for bots to comment and like on
I have eaten tons of bugs and pretty sure I have at least 20 people who can corroborate it lol @BTCsessions @isabella etc
 But no blockchain proof
damn now I gotta launch a layer 3 token
Literally pumping and dumping the bugman shitcoin!
I've witnessed it. Also ate one
Well you sucked me into your follow because I was curious to see where it’s going.

Still a fuck around and find out experiment.

Have you considered getting blood work done at different times?
I got blood work done at the start (2 days in, will share tomorrow) and gonna get it at the end of the 30 days

Definitely fucking around and finding out lol
Good to get the tests. Will give a lot more credence at the end of this and has potential to help.

Thought you were pretty regarded at the start. Though still crazy for eating so many bugs
About half way done my first 1lb of them 😂

That bottle would be 4 pounds of nutritiously dense beef.

God speed with that cricket fluff
they are more protein dense than very lean ground beef (22%) protein

Crickets are about 65%

Bioavailability is another question
Yes. You crap out most of it.

Also. Bug contain chitin. We cannon digest chitin. It wreaks havoc on all our insides
doing a deeper dive on Chitin - I don't think any of the scientific studies on it are that conclusive

Chitin is abundant in a lot of seafood too and cultures that consume a lot of it (Japan) have some of the healthiest and longest living populations
Chitin is largely indigestible. Mushrooms contain a lot of it, it's where extraction (boiling, ethanolic) helps break it down to make it more bioavailable.
You can have the same amount of protein but if you are missing essential BCAA proteins then you can't make the proteins your body needs. See the "What I learned" YouTube videos on protein.
 So is amino acid spectrum.

AFAIK beef and eggs remain ndefeated
I’d be more worried about the canola oil than the bugs. 🤮
100%. this is becoming a huge part of my video. Plant-based "alternative" products are SO MUCH worse than bugs in the immediate term.

Thank GOD the free market is making these products more and more unviable (see beyond meat)
 Same. Grim project - you’re a lunatic!!
Yeah like I’m not one to encourage eating bugs if you can afford meat but it was an option for hunter gatherers if they couldn’t get something better. Canola oil on the other hand was never an option until like 100 years ago and it’s so blatantly obvious it’s no good.
I wanna see those bloodtests. It will be funny if they turn out to be better 😅
Fuck around and find out, I like it
This guy is putting his life on the line for some dope education around inflation and real food. I appreciate that and am eagerly waiting for the next vids
 👏👏 🫂
Everyone should apologize to Julian he is taking one for the team🫡
Independente da opinião de cada um sobre a dieta adotada é muito bom vê conteúdo bem feito que não está relacionado a Bitcoin. Pelo menos não diretamente.

 On point 👌
But, what if you enjoy it?
I knew it! Fun to watch the normies lose their shit. Keep it up 👍
 Do 5G towers next.
 You’re adorable 🥰 🤣🤣🤣💜
If the bible says you shouldn't eat it, I ain't going to willingly eat it.

If you look at the base dietary "laws", they essentially define an optimally healthy, least allergenic, and least gross things to eat.

Peter's vision about eating everything was not only about rejecting the religious and ceremonial aspect of dietary laws, but it was primarily about not judging people and placing yourself above others with your food preferences, particularly when witnessing to gentiles the sacrifice of Christ, God's forgiveness and our gift of sonship.

 🔥🔥🔥
 😍
 Done captain. 🫡
You can’t eat your way to heaven
I’m curious about how the bugs affect your body. I’m a massive proponent of an animal based diet. I tell all my clients to skip getting a massage from me and instead buy some good quality meat and eggs. That said, is it true to say that our hunter gatherer ancestors never ate bugs out of necessity? I’d rather fast than eat bugs but you can only do that so long before your body starts breaking down. Since 99% of plants are poisonous a cricket might just be more appealing than a leaf on a tree in a desperate situation. I’m very curious how you’d feel eating animal based but also included crickets.
I’m also big on animal-based eating, but I never really thought about bugs fitting into that. Our ancestors probably ate what was around, so bugs might’ve been on the menu when needed. It’s true, plants can be tricky. Crickets don’t sound so bad if it’s between that and something harmful. I’m curious too about how they’d fit with a mostly meat diet.
Thank you for encouraging and contributing to a little nuance in this discussion. Some comments on this videos seem to miss the whole point lol
I am glad that people like you are willing to put yourself out there so we can gain knowledge from your experiments. To be honest, I believe that eating bugs probably isn’t going to be the best for someone’s health, however, i’m willing to open my mind to the possibilities. And even if it’s less than ideal, it might be a close second if that’s the best you can find. Looking forward to seeing updates from you in the future.
This is crazy! Instant follow. I want to see what happens next.
I'm allergic to short form content
Kinda like super size me but with bugs. Lmao.
 WHO TF DIS MR. LEAST?
 good luck !
I hope you keep the gag running on X and update us on nostr on how people lose their minds over there 🤣
