 I do intermittent fasting. I strongly believe that it is helping my body esp mentally and my hormones. Did you know that that we have 3 brains? Crazy right? One of them is in our gut. It's worth checking it out. Hence, we get a butterfly or like a punch in the stomach when we sense danger or not aligning to our values — inauthentic decisions. So NO, you are not being odd. Your body is telling you something and rightly so, you must listen to it. If we ever meet virtually on live stream, perhaps I can share the spiritual side of the "gut feeling". ☺️❤️ 
 I really appreciate that. You’re right!! I kinda figured that out with move as well. 

I’ve always been into nutrition and COVID offered me opportunity to really turn it into a hobby. I did a bunch of research and changed everything up. I went carnivore for 3 months then caveman (meat + seeded fruits) for a little over 2.5 years intermittent fasting daily. 

Once I made the move all of that changed. I found myself acquiescing to my environment and the lifestyle of my new found friendships. That left me hating myself. Depression, anxiety, mental fogginess, self doubt all came back like I was in HS all over again. 

Not anymore though… I understand that the things my body says to me are worth listening to. It’s more than a feeling, it’s survival.
