So, I cut out bread coupled with crunches has eliminated my abdominal obesity. Something about wheat/bread and how it is grown is not right……… Raw milk/raw yogurt/raw cheese/grass fed meat…….. None of these are harmful in my opinion and they have improved my health…………. I lost confidence in the system with the food pyramid showing I should be consuming 11 slices of bread a day. You kidding me? 11 servings of bread a day?
How long did this take, and how many? 1 day, 1 crunch, midline crisis gone?
I noticed this over the past 6 weeks. 60 leg lifts x3, thigh squeeze with pillow for 90 seconds x3, 60 sit ups x3. Some days I do more and some less. The food change caused the biggest change for me. I realized, no amount of exercise can fix an inflammatory ultraprocessed food diet. Seed oils no more!
