 So, I cut out bread coupled with crunches has eliminated my abdominal obesity.

Something about wheat/bread and how it is grown is not right………

Raw milk/raw yogurt/raw cheese/grass fed meat……..

None of these are harmful in my opinion and they have improved my health………….

I lost confidence in the system with the food pyramid showing I should be consuming 11 slices of bread a day.

You kidding me? 

11 servings of bread a day? 
 How long did this take, and how many? 1 day, 1 crunch, midline crisis gone? 
 I noticed this over the past 6 weeks. 
60 leg lifts x3, thigh squeeze with pillow for 90 seconds x3, 60 sit ups x3. 

Some days I do more and some less.  The food change caused the biggest change for me. I realized, no amount of exercise can fix an inflammatory ultraprocessed food diet. Seed oils no more! 
 I’ve noticed this as well, and together the combo of clean diet and exercise can produce relatively quick and lasting results!
