 I noticed this over the past 6 weeks. 
60 leg lifts x3, thigh squeeze with pillow for 90 seconds x3, 60 sit ups x3. 

Some days I do more and some less.  The food change caused the biggest change for me. I realized, no amount of exercise can fix an inflammatory ultraprocessed food diet. Seed oils no more! 
 I’ve noticed this as well, and together the combo of clean diet and exercise can produce relatively quick and lasting results!
